This 3-plus-1 weekend meal was prepared several weeks ago, picture saved in my draft and I almost forgotten about it.
The 3 plus 1 meal:
* Chinese Cabbage Fish Maw Pork Ribs soup
* Century Egg/Salted Egg Spinach
* Prawn and Egg Tofu "Hotplate" (I used a shallow claypot instead of hotplate)
